Once the panel is powered ON, the temperature controller continuously monitors the process temperature through a sensor. When the temperature falls below the setpoint, the heater output is energized. The blower runs simultaneously or independently (as per wiring logic) to circulate air and maintain uniform heating. When the set temperature is reached, the heater switches OFF automatically while the blower can continue for heat dissipation.
